Thanks for all your feedback on this guys and girls! Magazines are something we do a lot of and are really proud of how many of them are out there and how well they work for the majority of you 
They are mass produced from sheet metal, yes, but we do spend time quality checking and adjusting a lot of the magazines as need be.
If you're having issues with any of our magazines, you can always let myself or @MDT_OFFICIAL know, and we'll be happy to work with you through whatever issues you may be experiencing. We acknowledge that our magazines are not perfect, but I don't believe that any are, and most require some tuning to work 100% with your SPECIFIC caliber in your SPECIFIC action. A lot of the issues that have been brought up in this thread are things that we are working on and have a solution in mind + a release plan to ensure that we continue to make the best product we can.

An MDT 12 rounder with a +2 extension is
I rarely stuff them to the rafters, but then again, I've never needed 14 rounds for a stage, and at 10-12, they are pretty slick to feed from.
I did have my first failure with one after about 1750 rounds through the several I own... A small pebble froze the follower up solid until I could disassemble/clean them.
I'd buy more.
