The plate extensions are a totally separate product called “Baker wings” as Keith designed them.Apart from the bag rider, I am interested to see/hear how many of these features (thumb rest, gamer plate extensions, etc.) will be included in the Gen 2 package
You can retrofit any gen 1 ACC buttstock if you prefer.I’m not sure how I feel about that buttstock but it is nice to see that they added Francis’s clear inserts.
I think Gen 1 can clear up to 1.35, I doubt they’d go backwards in this spec.@MDT_OFFICIAL or @MDT_Josh what size barrel contour will these accept? I'd like to run my 1.25 straight if possible.
Yep, 1.250" straight should have no issues, even without internal weights this new forend is very rigid!@MDT_OFFICIAL or @MDT_Josh what size barrel contour will these accept? I'd like to run my 1.25 straight if possible.
On the latests VP Precision podcast with Kyle Van Ruitenburg of MDT, he said it's going to be a separate version, the "elite" model if my memory serves me correctly.@MDT_Josh
Is this an replacement to the gen1 or will this be available as more of a "pro" model?
Nice, but it's not the Gen 2; this is going to be called the ACC Elite as both versions are going to exist at the same time.

Yep @Free.Range.Canuck has it right where we are currently planning on moving the current ACC to be the "ACC Premier" and the new and improved one will be the "ACC Elite"@MDT_Josh

What are the inserts called and where may one find them for purchase?I’m not sure how I feel about that buttstock but it is nice to see that they added Francis’s clear inserts.
MDT hasn’t released the dampeners for sale yet that I’ve noticedWhat are the inserts called and where may one find them for purchase?
@spife7980 is correct and they are not yet on the website. We are running the initial production run VERY soon and they will come in a standard black rubber to start. I expect to see them on the site within a few weeks hereWhat are the inserts called and where may one find them for purchase?
We just did a video with Long Range With the Lillys and that should be up soon! ETA is still looking like August/September based on the current shooter feedback we're recieving! Once this thing drops, it should have all of the features you want (and some you didn't even know you wanted) for precision rifle matches!Any updates on the new chassis? Last I heard was late summer but being anxious as I have a build being done with this chassis spec'd.
Josh, do you expect an Impact SA to drop in without any monkey business? Thanks.@spife7980 is correct and they are not yet on the website. Yes, our inlet is designed for just about every R700 clone to be a drop in fit and require ZERO gunsmithing or additional work!Josh, do you expect an Impact SA to drop in without any monkey business? Thanks.
That is in the plans, but will most likely not be available in the initial launch. Ideally we can have it ready before the end of the year though.@MDT_Josh will there be a Long Action version of this chassis? Thanks!
The initial launch inlet should be the Remington 700 Short Action, with other inlets (including the Tikka T3x) to follow. Will there be a tikka t3 sa acc gen 2 on release day? Or is that later down the road? I’m looking for my first chassis and might hold off until then if so.
We do not do ambidextrous inlets in our chassis, however, the ACC Elite should have LH inlets available shortly after launch. For left hand shooters will ambidextrous inlet be available?
We haven't officially released anything yet, but they should be on the site in the late summer/Early fall time-frame!Josh, when do you think these be in stock for sale.
Group buy?We haven't officially released anything yet, but they should be on the site in the late summer/Early fall time-frame!
Josh
We don't have a process for that unfortunately. You'll have to ask Antony/ @MDT_OFFICIAL /[email protected] directly!Group buy?
There are no plans to offer a group buys at this time.Group buy?

Hi Josh - Excited about the Gen 2 ACC...but, asking for a friend, what's the ETA these days? With the current state of affairs in the world, I'd expect a delay and trying to figure out some stuff for the season.
The delay doesn't matter - I still want one for my vudoo with all the features it has!
Yup, what’s up with those gen2’s. Need one for my lonely barreled action.
