The plate extensions are a totally separate product called “Baker wings” as Keith designed them.

Wish the gen 1 had a wider thumb rest. I’ve thought about double side taping a small piece of angled aluminum to it. I’m not using it like a gas pedal just not sure how it would stick to cerakote

Interesting ideas on the recoil transfer and magwell adjustments, I like the mirage shield idea with combining the attachments by bolting into the top of the rail

I'm already anticipating a 2022 Black Friday sale clusterf... revolving around this Gen 2, leftover Gen 1 inventory and unreasonable customer behavior.

I hope they'll be able to integrate a nice folder with the connector bar in addition to having a 3.850 CIP long action option available.

I’m not sure how I feel about that buttstock but it is nice to see that they added Francis’s clear inserts.

I like the buttstock. The higher shoulder pad placement, the connector bar, the open-space insert....allows for more stable rear bag connection.. but also....adds up to reduce alot of snag potential for field use. Good industry trend to start. Terry cross talked about these issues when designing his KMW chassis.

You can retrofit any gen 1 ACC buttstock if you prefer.

I think Gen 1 can clear up to 1.35, I doubt they’d go backwards in this spec.

Yep, 1.250" straight should have no issues, even without internal weights this new forend is very rigid!

On the latests VP Precision podcast with Kyle Van Ruitenburg of MDT, he said it's going to be a separate version, the "elite" model if my memory serves me correctly.

Nice, but it's not the Gen 2; this is going to be called the ACC Elite as both versions are going to exist at the same time.

Yep @Free.Range.Canuck has it right where we are currently planning on moving the current ACC to be the "ACC Premier" and the new and improved one will be the "ACC Elite"

@spife7980 is correct and they are not yet on the website. We are running the initial production run VERY soon and they will come in a standard black rubber to start. I expect to see them on the site within a few weeks here

We just did a video with Long Range With the Lillys and that should be up soon! ETA is still looking like August/September based on the current shooter feedback we're recieving! Once this thing drops, it should have all of the features you want (and some you didn't even know you wanted) for precision rifle matches!

Yes, our inlet is designed for just about every R700 clone to be a drop in fit and require ZERO gunsmithing or additional work!

That is in the plans, but will most likely not be available in the initial launch. Ideally we can have it ready before the end of the year though.

The initial launch inlet should be the Remington 700 Short Action, with other inlets (including the Tikka T3x) to follow.

We do not do ambidextrous inlets in our chassis, however, the ACC Elite should have LH inlets available shortly after launch.
