Anyone know about the rear weight? I like my rifles to balance ahead of the mag well.
I shot one of these a couple of weeks ago. It had the guy’s Vudoo trainer dropped in it and was pretty awesome. I have to admit I liked it a lot more than I wanted to. I initially didn’t like the look of this when MDT launched it but it’s growing on me after shooting one.
Do you recall what the balance/weight of it felt like? I have my Vudoo in an ACC and to balance it puts it up to like 17lbs almost. I am hoping to drop it down to 13-14lbs.
It felt nice and balanced and wasn’t very heavy. It didn’t have any of the external weights on it either.
This is with a 24" M24 contour barrel, it balances out perfectly if you leave a bipod on there, otherwise its balance point is rearward of the mag well.

Okay so with a 18" Kukri Profile Vudoo, I'm probably going to need a good 2lbs up front I think.
Does anyone following have a good point of contact to purchase one of these? I know they’re listed on MDTs web page, but prefer to buy from a small business when I can.
I would post a wtb in the commercial sales section in the PX or just check out a couple of their websites.
