best thing to do is wright down what you are eatin now and make adjustments to that , if you ask sombody to figure you up a diet it may contain foods you don't like or don't sit we'll with you
but if you tweak things in what you are eating now you are much more likely to follow the diet closely and every 4-6 weeks make small adjustments
