I haven't been nearly as vigilant in labeling my pistol brass for number of times fired as I do for my rifle brass.
In all truth, I haven't been as vigilant about my bulk (blasting).223 and 5.56 brass either as I pick up quite a bit, in addition to my own. I clean it all and handle it / inspect each one but...
I haven't had any problems with this method thus far as I toss offenders out when I find them. And I am aware of the problems a stuck case can present.
