Microwaving ice cream

Whipping air into it is not just cheaper, it changes the texture and overall effect of the ice cream. Different ice creams will taste “icy” or super thick and creamy. Different sources of sweeteners and fat content in the creams/milk will drastically change how you interpret the overall product. Y’all never seen “America’s Test Kitchen” on PBS and it’s showing… bunch of faggots…..🤣
