Has anyone been receiving a message saying pretty much that they can't find your account when trying to log on? I'm 100% locked out of my account- like it doesn't even exist. The reset password stuff doesn't even work.

I'm trying to order some stuff and having this problem!

About a week back I had that happen... Just made a new one and havent had it happen since.

Okay I called em- They did some website updates and it messed up a few accounts. If you have this problem, just give them a call and they'll get your account fixed quickly!

Ive been having the same problem with logging in for the past week.

Just give em a call! They had me back up and running in like 3 minutes total.

They changed there website a few days before Christmas - effectively locking out many people. I sent an email to the CEO, ask "what were you thinking", clearly thay had issues.

You might try clearing the cache on your browser.
