that is just stage one of a nose reconstruction using an ipsilateral forehead flap. beats the days of having to sew your arm to your nose (hundreds of years ago.) After this stage it will be contoured then divided and reshaped. I do way to many of these, usually a dog vs kid or cancer reconstruction

Warning, Michigan is known for its great lakes, and beautiful beaches, but leave the plastic surgery up to the folks in LA and Miami.
Guess I can not say that, the DeVos children's Hospital, Dr. Mann specifically, did out standing work on my little boy who had a stage 3 cleft lip and pallet when he was born. The difference is truly amazing.

white spot is an area that is left open to heal as it is often too tight to close directly after the flap is dropped down. It contracts and heals pretty well given the area
