Found a used Millett 6-25x56 for $150. Interested in using it for 22 or 17hm2 bolt action. Is this a good price, and is the warranty transferable, or is the scope ok if the warranty card has not been submitted.

Also, how, aside from the weight, will it work for a paper puncher?

any kind of focus on that scope? my buddy had a tactical in that magnification, huge scope. if you cant focus, wont the paralax be off for a rimfire? i know its lifetime, should be lifetime for anyone. BSA is lifetime, but if you dont have a receipt, there is a small charge, but they still fix the scope.

It's pretty good scope for the price. Other than the size issue, it'll be more than enough scope for the distance you'll be shooting at with a 22LR.

Also a good thing with 25x magnification and 56mm obj. is that you won't need to buy a spotting scope, as you'll be able to see the bullet holes out to 100yd no prob.
