The windage adjustment cap stripped out on my Millett DMS and I called the company and they sent me a new one FREE! I told them it was out of warranty and I stripped it and they said don't sweat it and sent me a new one and wouldn't let me pay.
When you don't act like a tool cursing ppl out when they pick up the phone.. Great things happen. or at least that's been my experience with "most" companies
I have also had good customer service experiences with Bushnell involving a Millett product. Response was prompt and turn around times were good. The problem was I kept having to use their customer service (4 times to be exact).
Good customer service could not overcome the bad product, but it was good customer service none the less...
