Still hunting with it and really checking it out .
it is not bad for it size . ( Bandit model ), You have to take it for what it is, Light, Small and easy packable . Will get into more detail pretty quick after I get a chance to sit, write more detail .
ALSO: not my Minaska, Electronic Call . was bought by friend who told me to take it out and run it and see what I think . I been with FoxPro for the most part . But I am Not married to any 'Brand' and have no favorite . ( My Opinion ) - you take electronic calls for what they are and Like MOST EVERY One, You get 100 call to choose but the reality is you might personally choose and use maybe 8 -10 or 12, for your Coyote calling .

Minaska has it's own idea of design for there Call & Remote and for the most part it is good . It's Different but like anything else, You take it out and work with it and it all makes sense & the Remote with it's Call-Banking selection makes easy to work with .

    Pic. last night .
I have downed 6 Coyote working with this particular model and really giving it a fair chance, to use and learn Minaska's mindset for there build .

Good sign since the start of me using this Call . I notice seeing with some of the call sounds that I select for dog calling . I do get a lot of Owls coming in to checkout/flyby or sit near . (imho) that even though I might no get a dog coming in on a stand the sound call is projecting a working invitation for night predators .

The Call Bank selection of the Remote . 10 separate call banks on the remote to hold different selections of call . It is good (i think) because you can just take and move all those favorite working calls you like and just have and hold them all into One Bank.

It also has the option if you find something in sound you can just take the Mp3 and download it to your thumb drive . You can just take the thumb drive and put it to your USB port on windows explorer and brows your card and sounds . arrange them in the separate banks or delete call sounds .

It's small package (pelican case) easy fit into a large fanny-pack to carry around .
(It's NOT ) a big Boomer for sound . but you can carry a little cone speaker to just plug into the ext. that is offered . It is loud but it is not like the Heavy big, 5-lb calls out there that are offerd by the manufactures that will pump out the volume . but I had no problem working fields in the night of few hundred acres size with what I was using .
Even carrying an extra speaker the package is still light weight . If your going to be Booming sound to fill big range country and howling winds, then you need the heavy bigger call systems offered out there .

So I Like easy light packing Call, for running around in the night .

I LOVE the 10-Battery cradle holders used that you can just pull-out & fill with another when batteries go dead . it fast and easy .

I Dont like/care for, the inboard battery charging system . the Unit does the recharging of batteries with converter but you don't know whats going on with it when recharging is operating . It is good and easy . but No lights when charging is in process or nothing indicating and letting you know when it's at full charge .
( IMHO ) and this is just my taist . I would prefer a seperate charging station for my batteries to fill my cradle/battery holder .
Also (imho) the least, if you buy a Minaska get a 2nd battery cradle for those times when you need the power when dead . they only give one with unit when buying .

I Don't like the level of sound the unit starts out on when turned-on to start calling . way to low volume and it takes about 4 to 5 minimum pushes of the Up-volume button to get it up to a whisper of starting sound level before you know it's working . After that it's all good for up & Down in volume control .
(try to explain) . I was forced to sound-prep. the call for volume before walking it out to place away from my stand . If you did not . you were kind of lost if it is working or not because you were fishing to find an audible listening volume of sound to 'start' and begin calling .

( i found) GOOD customer communicative when you have questions answered or have problem needing solving . They get right back with my on my contacts .

All in All it a pretty good design and I killed coyotes using it . It did it's part of the job .
That what counts . It's an easy packing Electronic Call with ample power of volume and sound selection and quality that, I called dogs in and put them in the dirt when using it .

    Hey . edit add:
The open space in the pelican case box that unit is held . MOST EXCELLENT space to put a hand warmer next to the battery cradle for hunting it freeze winter Temp. and help keep batteries good to go .

A friend of mine has been talking about maybe getting a caller. His uncle's farm is about to be carried off by the critters. He hasn't had a rabbit or squirrel in 5 or 6 years. We both have access to NV but no caller.
