Brazil is kinda strange like that. Chick could have a chest like a 10 year old altar boy but if she's got a big ass she's popular. Very much an ass culture.
NorthernBorn, Brazil is no where close to a 3rd world country. There are parts of the country that are like that, but most of the major metropolitan areas are no different from any American or European city.
