The saw operator immediately walked over to that convenient store, walked right past that saw blade and through the door. Grabbed a case of beer. Apologized while paying for the beer. Gave them his boss's phone#. Picked up the blade on his way out. Got back to the work sight and set the blade down, tossed his boss a beer and told him he'll need that after the call he's going to receive in a couple minutes. Then said I'm taking the rest of the day off, my pants need changed and this beer's getting warm.

Had a sawmill that was a customer of the machine shop I worked at. They had a six foot blade come off a broken shaft, exit the enclosure, go through the roof and land 200 yards away in a car in the parking lot.
