I recently got some 7.62x51 on belts. After shotting it I noticed about 1 out of 3 are boxer...so ran them through the press. Now heres my questions. Should I throw the brass in with my 308 Commercial brass? Are my loads safe in the mil surp brass? Will my loads be consistant? Will pressures be safe?

I guess I am just worried if I fire a 7.62 after the 308 the pressure could be different, effecting the velocity, putting one round not in my usual POI.

You should never mix commercial with military brass. Mil spec brass is much thicker. You will need to back down a few grains at least. You will need a chronograph to see where your at velocity wise, as well a look for signs of too much presure. I run mil spec brass in my autoloaders, and commercial in my bolt guns. 2 totally different loads, bullets, powder and primers. Good luck, JPG
