Hey guys-
Searched the subject pretty thoroughly with out a whole lot of luck. I've got a MK II BTVLSS I'd like to build as a trainer for my 10FLCP-K (that will eventually find its way into a T1 or T4) so tactical type stock would be ideal.
I liked the price of the Tacticool from Boyds but missed the whole "left hand stocks for right hand actions" at first.
So the other options I've found are..
Tactical from Stockade $235-375 (assuming they inlet for said action)
MTR from SSS $225
Wallis Forge $265+
The last 2 are wood where as Stockade's offering is composite.
Still undecided between having it painted professionally or trying it myself.. but will figure in a minimum of $125 for paint either way.
There is a budget that is mostly reserved for optics but a stock that will last is a concern as well.
Does anyone know of any other stock choices? Or have experience with any of the vendors listed above?
Thanks
