The worst part is Contreras (C) and Baez (2B) both typically throw in the 90s when trying to make a play across the infield and are known for having some of the best arms in baseball off the mound, not to mention Arrieta (P) has a hell of an arm too but I'm not sure if he was throwing off speed or fast ball (carried mid 90s all night) or not on that HBP. Three very hard hits for sure, the last in the head was definitely worrisome because those batting helmets really don't do much of shit. I'm glad Piscotty is okay though, even better they cancelled the game the next day because of storms or he for sure would have been hit by lightning a few times too.

That ain't shit. I got hit in the balls throwing batting practice 2 weeks ago from a richochet 30 ft away. Then yesterday me and my boy were fishing he hung his spinnerbait on a rock and pulled hard straight back. It came loose and hit me in the sad left nut as the baseball. Damn near passed out.
