Rifle Scopes MOA / MOA vs Mil / Mil

What is better or more intuitive. I know the obvious advantage of the Mil / Mil setup is the range finding reticle. Is it tough to range using an MOA reticle. I see the move is to Mil / Mil but the MOA is more intuitive for me to translate over various ranges.

Any advice?

I should add this to my resume as community service. Kind of like reading books to little blind kids at the library.
