Modern iron sighted bolt gun?

I'm curious if there is a modern bolt action rifle (in .308 Win) that has adjustable iron sights. Ideally I'd like to find one with a traditional wood stock, well made, lightweight, etc. I've seen the new Ruger Gunsight but I'm not crazy about detachable magazines or the laminated stock.

If this sort of beast doesn't exist, can anyone point me in the direction of good, robust aftermarket adjustable sights?

Thanks in advance.

Yep, they make a few different models/calibers with iron sights.

Thanks for the recomendations folks! I've got a CZ 455 Lux (.22) for my daughter, and I've got to be honest, I wasn't super impressed with the quality of the wood stock. The patern was nice and all, but it sort of feels "cheap"...I'm not really sure how to describe it. If the centerfire rifles have better feeling wood stocks that would be something to consider. I'm not sure how I feel about the Manlicher style stock of the FS, which I believe is the only model they offer that comes in both .308 Win and iron sights.

I couldn't find the Sako 84's on their website, although I did see some Sako 85's with iron sights. They seemed to mostly be the safari style sights, which aren't quite the adjustment style I was hoping for. I really was hoping for a modern rifle in .308 with the military style adjustable sights like on the Lee Enfields, M1903, Mauser, Mosin-Nagant, etc.

I know the Remington 700 BDL comes with iron sights but they just don't look robust enough for field use, although I could be wrong... Besides the fact it seems to come in every popular caliber BUT .308 Win.

Match sights hold their zero when removed and re-installed, so you could always carry with the sights removed, then install them when you plan on shooting. Aside from doing that, I'm not sure you'll find what you're looking for outside of the realm of military surplus rifles.

You could always have a K-31 re-barreled in 308 Win. LPR does work on them. You'd end up with a well made, accurate, reliable rifle that has decent service sights, as well as the option of clamp on match sights.

I just checked them out. The Mannlicher Classic "Mountain" is a beautiful rifle, and almost exactly what I'm looking for. I'm just not sure I could get over the 10" sight radius on a rifle that I'd be primarily relying on for iron sights.

Komar,
Thanks for the info on the K-31, I'll check them out.

I came across another idea, these Accuracy International "Emergency Sights" actually look pretty bomb-proof and appear to be adjustable for elevation. They could also probably be made to fit on my current Remington 700...

CZ stocks seem to vary a lot. I've seen some that are gorgeous and some that are ho-hum. I have one that's about mid-grade and one that is very nice. If you have a Gander Mountain nearby, go see if the have any. Most of the stocks I've seen on their centerfires have been nice.
