So I'm getting a new scope and a bipod for my rifle, and my buddy who was helping me has assured me I should also buy one of these Cabelas Kwik Klip . I don't see any real reason to switch to this, but I figured I'd ask on here what the experts thought.

Re: Modifying a 700 to take a mag?

They are long action only, they are a good deal for the price
/ had one for the 300wm but could not load the Berger 190VLDs to the lands (they would have jumped 3/32" or so)

Re: Modifying a 700 to take a mag?

The internal length on them is 3.315 so whatever bullet you want to shoot will probably need to be jump tolerant. They are long action only though as someone mentioned.

Have you used one personally?
