MOLLE Belt For Comps

What is the general consensus on MOLLE belts for use in precision rifle competitions. I would like to start competing in matches and I'm trying to figure out essential gear. I've been looking at match photos and it seems like they aren't used too often.

I never used a molle belt for a comp unless there was a pistol portion. Even then, Ive ditched my molle belt and mounted everything to a DSG Competition inner/outer belt. Much Much better.

I think it all depends on what the match consists of. I perfer to use a belt because at some matches you will stage all your kit like your pack and whatever else you won't need on that stage. But then you may have one staging point and several stages over a large area where your not going to want to hump your pack around and till be able to keep all your stage specific items on you. Its all personal prferance of course but I hope it helps ya out.

I don't use a molle belt but back a few years ago I used a SO tech belt. It's a great belt I just didn't really need it.
