Mongrel Rifle! Badger 2013, 243 Win. KMW Stock, Bartlein, RW Snyder, Accurate Ordnance

Here is what I call my Mongrel/Mutt Rifle!

The barreled action was built by RW Snyder and then bedded into a KMW stock by the great folks at Accurate Ordnance. Accurate Ordnance also fitted a Timney thin shoe trigger.

Brand new never used Badger M2013 barreled action in 243 by RW Snyder.
All metal on barreled action is melonite coated by MMI Truetec.
Badger M2013 action.
Bartlein 1:8 twist 25" Rem Varmint contour barrel chambered in 243 Winchester, muzzle threaded 5/8X24 with EGW knurled cap
Timney Thin Shoe Trigger.
KMW Sentinel Stock finished in McCamo Camouflage.
Runs AIAW Magazines.

What do you all think?

Any suggestions on loads I should try with Berger 105 hybrids, Lapua Brass, and H4350?

Bolt lift is improved over the M2008 but it us still a little stiff. No big deal really. I think the action is great!!

Try 41-43 grains of H4350 right at the lands or mag length whichever comes first. Should get you 3200 fps around 43 grains but work up to there.

Thanks for the info, sounds like a great place to start. Ill be happy to find a good load that beats 3100 FPS.

My load in my 243 is 41.5 H4350 with a 105 Hybrid in Lapua brass with a CCI BR2 at .010 off the lands. I'm at 3125 fps. Good luck.
