I know Norma over all is high end ammo/components, but what does this 22LR compare to quality wise/precision shooting at 100+ yards to? Lapua and Eley?

The name makes me think one thing, the fact the price isn't $15 a box (not complaining!) and not seeing this ammo before has me curious.

eta - For the price and cheap shipping I ordered 1k rounds just to see.
