More ammo problems?

I ran into a guy in the ammo section at Cabelas last night who said he has a good friend that is a federal law enforcement agent that called him yesterday. He said the agent friend told him that he needed to buy all the ammo he possibly can before the end of the month. The guy told him something is coming and couldn't talk over the phone, but to buy all he can.
I've only heard that ammo availability will steadily increase, so I'm not sure what this may be about?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? "...and couldn't talk over the phone...",sounds to me as if he WAS talking over the phone! I ran into a guy last night at Cabela's that saw Big Foot, he said a federal law enforcement agent called him a couple of days ago, and told him he needed to buy property in the "big foot area" of town, as it's value would be doubling by the end of the month, but he couldn't talk about it over the phone! I'm sure this is 100% true, as anyone you run into at Cabela's is going to be the most reliable source of info one can get. Just saying.
