Water shortage? Where does the water go? Dissapears right off the face of the planet?
You might have a drought somewhere, but there is NEVER a water shortage, it doesnt leave the earth or its atmosphere, it just gets recycled and moved around by nature. Fuck....

I think they must have stopped teaching the water cycle in elementary school now. People don't get that water takes many forms, but ultimately stays in the water cycle given enough time.
They also never seem to realize that combustion of fossil fuels creates amongst several things.....water.

Why not use one of th 2 Desalination Plants in Cali that the Fed Gov paid for ? Oh wait , they pissed the money away . Or stole it . Same thing right ?

Getting back to the point of the article, they want to build H production facilities in places where there is a shortage of useable water, so they propose de salinization plants to make it, leaving a byproduct of tons and tons of salt.

Taco Bell is nothing compared to soy beans. Girlfriend fed me a bowl of Chili made with TVP (texturized vegetable protein). The gas was non stop for hours and so foul I had to keep walking around so it would stay behind me. True story.
