When winning is more important than playing the game this is how it ends up, everyone is trying to get their picture in the paper. The coach needs to do a little coaching.

Not being paid like professional men at the club level who bring in revenues on jersey sales that eclipse whatever your entire team 'earns' in a year?
Not being paid like the professional men at the national level when it was found out that if you were, 1/3 of you would actually have to take a fucking pay cut?
People not giving a shit about womens' sports because when compared to men's sports its like watching a bunch of 13 year olds play; I also seem to remember the entire women's team getting their ass handed to them by a high school boys team once. So there's that.

While there is much to criticize about some individual athletes behavior, I don't think this is one of them and I sure wish news outlets and the like would take a deep breath and verify the facts before hyperventilating about the latest outrage.

1st - Blacks didn't vote for Obama (whom I assume your talking about) because he was black they voted for the democratic candidate. And up to that point Romney who ran against him got the largest % of black vote in modern history until Trump.
2nd - You need to actually read and understand MLK and not just the basic talking points. I will go into that further but it would be in your interest to read about him and not the sugar coated version the media feeds you.
