Besides those little things they also found

The crime scene wasn’t secured until almost 24 hours later

This same Canton PD called the death of Sandra Birchmore a “suicide “ even though the cause of death was ruled as strangulation and someone later admitted to her death. These guys are fucking brilliant.

Maybe just maybe , Sharing about the case , handing out nudes of the suspect , not securing the crime scene and tampering with evidence isn’t an isolated incident. Who knew .

The thing I didn’t get from the start - they found the victim dead in another cops yard, and have never given any evidence that Read was ever at that address ? Did they question the guy whose yard they found him in?

PoPo/detectives are a unique breed. I had a very good friend in HS, our families traveled and snow skied together. I lost touch with him thru the college years. He contacted me in about 199x, talked for a while. I quickly came to realize who he had become.
I was a MAC Tools distributor for several years then moved on. He insisted I was a Snap On distributor. He was right I was wrong, he looked me up and that is what he found.
Needless to say I have never spoken to him again even though he has tried to contact me a few times since.

Karen Read's legal team is asking for her second murder trial to be put on pause pending a petition to the Supreme Court arguing she is facing double jeopardy.

I didn’t realize until I read this that the judge acted improperly in dismissing the jury with out a verdict.
No instruction , didn’t send them back to jury room for more deliberations- didn’t ask what was the issue of sticking point just dismissed them- and didn’t prevent them from speaking about the case - a case that hadn’t concluded yet .

An appeal to to SCOTUS is to halt the trial is being reviewed now .

I may be a bit of a “conspiracy “ guy - but my average of being right is well over 90%. Wouldn’t a group of cops tampering with evidence- changing witnesses statements and talking g shit about a suspect and a forensic team losing and contaminating evidence the state’s witnesses lying on the stand and judge not following the rules be the very definition of a criminal conspiracy against Karen Read?

Wish they worked this hard against actual criminals.

Well the stupidity didn’t help them - but they would have needed some type of evidence- anything besides a tampered with vehicle and coached / changed witness statements and a liar for a “star” witness. O and a corrupt detective and prosecutor didn’t help the states case .

But yes she may have been convicted.

Forgot about that nugget buried in this article- the deceaseds wounds were consistent with a dog attack and a sever beating .

But they didn’t allege that she drove to where her boyfriend was partying, drove over him , sicked a dog or dogs on him , beat him around the head
And neck and arm then went home .

They just completely ignored the puncture and cut wounds and the multiple impact injuries.
