20" for the modern crowd. 18" for the Lady Ga-Ga generation.
I'm an old man and can't bring myself to go less than 20" in .308, can or no can. The 6.8 x 43 will take care of anything I need below 20".
I'm still a 24"-26" believer when it come to 6mm-7.62mm for use out to 1000yds. Even with today's powders.
I wonder if Fred/Sabreco will ever have time to do a 6mm Creedmoor for me in about 24 months? da-da-damn, I luvzmesum ARMALITE AR-10 esoterics.
