Finally got time to sit down in my shop and put all the pieces together and this is what I came up with.

matched black dawn upper and lower cerakoted in FDE from from the shop

Magpul MAID and ACS-L

MI 15" SS Free Float handguard with trim ring

Black Hole Weaponry 18" 1x8 twist 3 groove poly rifling barrel

Surefire MB556K brake

CMMG BCG

Jard adjustable trigger with 1 1/2lb spring in it right now

Just slapped a burris fullfield 2 3x9 I had laying around on it to try it out later today, it will probably end up with a Leupold VX-R Patrol 3x9 when all is said and done.


It was fun slapping it all together myself and can't wait to get it on the bench and see what groups it will shoot with some SMK's

Looks outstanding! It should shoot great too. The more and more I see rifles painted in FDE the more I want to paint my LMT.

Nice job. I have been looking at that hand guard for my 18" build. How do you like it so far?

Mid or rifle gas?

I have a 18" 1:8 BHW rifle length gas 5.56 barrel, and it LOVES the 77gr Nosler CC and 8208XBR.

Does pretty good with the 'ole standard 75gr HPBT/24.0 or 24.5gr Varget too, 10 shots under 1 MOA
