Not only is that singer great, but the bass player and the drummer are spot on!
I'm not sure what to make of this. They do an awesome job of covering the song, but part of me hopes they never find the place you have to go to to write lyrics like those. I listen to that alblum nearly every day. It's one of my favorites.

John Petrucci would be proud of the lead guitar and that girl... That girl has one of the most hauntingly perfect voices I've ever hear ::goose bumps::
I usually don't follow this thread much but I stumbled on the post of these kids ripping Tool 46 & 2 which is one of my favorites! Also the Pull Me Under was kick ass. So I searched it some and found this one. The singer is good but the voice is too high IMO for the song but none the less a kick ass job! The music is so spot on check it out:

I think his voice being where it's at is perfect... It's like kidz bop on steroids!!! Lol that kid did dime bag no injustice what so ever in fact it's the best adlib to any of his solos I've ever seen.
I haven't listened to 'new music' in years, simply because there is so much out there that is "crap" which is inundated upon us, daily. So I also avoided clicking on SP's offering way up above. But ya'll have been putting so many things up here, that we had to try it/them out.
We (my Lady and I) are both IMPRESSED. There's hope for youth yet! Each and every song on this page is excellent. We are both shocked that such good things are out there anymore. Excuse our naivete, but this brings back the "few pearls are found in an ocean of oysters" philosophy. And it's a big ocean, to which there's lots of crap out there.

My Daughter cried yesterday.
She had just sent in her Daughter's College Application.
She's studying for a career in Music Production.
She also plays keyboards, acoustic and electric guitar, bass, and lead in her school's steel drum band, all under our school's fabulous music program.

It blows my mind that people like Bieber and Miley Cyrus get as huge as they are, and these incredibly talented kids are something neat to see on youtube.
When we were in DC 3 years ago there were NO Park Rangers there at the WW2 memorial. There also was no fence of any kind. That whole thing is just a political ploy. I think a BUNCH of so called public servants need to GROW UP.
as a drummer, the kid killed it. Danny Carey is a master of odd time signatures and above my capabilities.
