Doesn’t like those boxes of 2000 .45 240gr boolits any more than my UPS guy!!!Never mind.; looked it up. I barely watch college football these days.
P.S. I don't buy ammo, other than rimfire. I load ammo..lots of ammo. The UPS guy had to switch routes after he delivered my last shipment.
aren't some of this photos flipped? I see right handed shooters and lefty bolts?
I use alox and beeswax and size. Just getting into paper patching.Sirhr. Do you lube and size or have you tried powder coating? Casting is something I can’t wait to get back into when these teenage leeches finally leave the house
Also how is your vineyard? Any harvest this year?
And at my age, seeing that little pill land right where you aimed it is damn near as good as the noisy, messy business that comes after the passionate kiss, and a whole lot less tiring?

200 vines healthy and next year they get up on wires for training. I let them root an extra year. I need to hire some farm help, but impossible to come by! And I refuse to hire illegals.

I know this girl! Met her in a strip club awhile back! I asked her if I threw 100 dollars on the floor would she let me hit it as long as it took her to pick it up. She thought a minute and said she would for 200! 45 minutes later, she picked up her last quarter

I am still hated at the local post office for ordering 400 lbs of casting lead that came in 10 flat rate boxes. 40 lbs each.... the limit for the box! They were rips$!+!!!

I just missed the Linotype era... plus no big printers in Mayberry. Wheel weights on the other hand... now those are controlled substances.Have you read Matthews book, The Paper Jacket? I've read it a couple of times intending to give it a go. I just need to make myself set aside the time. Casting eats up the hours.
A good read on casting, if you're not familiar, is Carlton Shy's little red book (I don't think it has a title). Good info on alloys, heat treating, etc. Not sure it can still be found. It was never popular outside IHMSA circles.
Remember the days when you could get linotype just for hauling it away?
That is last years thing. 2018 winner of food of the year at state fair was deep fried cheeseburger. Watch first video to see that and what won 2019.
I had friends like that..... still do.
I read that book when I was younger. Great read! The next truly revolutionary epoch of human history will be the building of successful nanotechnology. It will redefine medicine and surgery to levels that will be unimaginable. A nanodrone guided by an external operator will be able to kill cancerous tumors, remove potentially fatal blood clots and fatty deposits and repair damaged tissue. More specialized nanobots programmed to home in on certain protein sequences can identify and destroy invading pathogens, or engage in even more advanced tasks such as rebuilding neural pathways damaged by illnesses like Alzheimer's.
Such an innovation will be a red letter day for human civilization. However, it will also mark the day when a new doomsday device has been created that can annihilate everything that we have. A rogue nano agent, even if it cannot self-replicate, will be far worse than the most virulent cancers and hemorrhagic fevers that exist today. And the ability and ease for rogue governments and terrorist organizations to get their hands on a stock of nano agents and program it to do their willing is what makes it even more alarming. A nanoagent caused plague, often referred to as a "grey out", may have first been inadvertently described by HP Lovecraft in his early 1900's extraterrestrial horror story The Colour Out Of Space.
