haha, i never saw what happens if you don't run the fan for a few minutes before starting an inboard, although i assumed it was this.
There is a safety device that is simple to operate and designed to prevent this type of event.
It's called a FAN

Kicking them when they're down could be considered a felony. But start a headlock, roll to ground shove freehand in mouth grab jaw pull open mouth till jaw dislocated. need to reposition headlock arm for leverage...
