one of my buddies lives in that neighborhood; his house has basically been condemned and he and his family has had to walk away -- as the saying goes if it wasn't for bad luck, he'd have no luck at all.
I did suggest the tourist attraction idea -- the location is next to I-90 just north of Rapid City, SD.
My other suggestion was an underground shooting range to take wind-reading out of the equation.

Yep, that is an Imalent... I have one of that beast's smaller cousins... Still puts out a whopping 13,000 lumens that makes my Fenix UC35V2.0 look feeble in comparison. That LED gets stupid hot after just a couple minutes on turbo, and the larger monsters have built in heatsinks and high speed gaming PC fans right under the bulb housing. I have a couple of friends who also own these monsters and one of them attested that it literally saved the life of a prowler in his yard a few months back. He had a 12 gauge chambered with a slug round trained on the bastard already, but 30,000 lumens blasting out from his darkened window was more than enough of a "get the fuck out of here" message to the would-be burglar, who promptly heeded the message, turned around and left.
