This gentleman you are arguing with sounds like a union steward. I have managed Union shops, they have their own rules and regulations. Some of them, unions, are okay most are toxic.
None of this sub-thread is motivational. I work in a free state anyway. An employer can let you go for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason. An employee has the exact same freedom.
 
Motivation to step away from the keyboard and go outside

Been just above freezing, dark and raining all day. Only motivation I found to go outside was to get another case of beer and a large chunk of venison out of storage.

Man but I am fed up of this weather, 21st November, still no snow...:mad:

Thus the Hawkwind song "Orgone Energy Accumulator" in 1970 or so. Hawkwind was contemporary with Pink Floyd but were much further into cosmic space rock and ever became popular on this side of the pond. The LP cover art was pretty 60s psychedelic, made a great poster.
 
Zeps all fine and dandy, but lets look at who REALLY started metal, Black Sabbath. This is their last tour in 2017, minus Bill Ward due to the fact he didn't like Ozzie at all.

Never considered LZ and BS (pun intended) as the same genre. I've always thought of LZ as blues-based rock. Anyway, my analogy would be Ford invented the automobile and Toyota perfected it.
