Couple years ago had someone stop a convenience store robbery with a single action. Dont know if it was single action or black powder. Do remember it must have been a cheap piece of crap because the article said he had a couple of failures to fire.
Anyone who carry's a piece that is not proven reliable has never been in a situation. I always know when the hammer drops so will the intended target. Not that a 216 grain Johnson and Dowd is going to penetrant body armor...it's not but I don't carry it on days when I think I'll really run into a "Situation" like that. Mine won't misfire, and if the intended target is ten yards or less out, he'll be explaining to Jesus just how he got there.
