Why don’t they call some of them laid off pipeline welders to come fix that, they’d have that motherfucker so over welded in twenty minutes you could drive a train across it!
I have a degree in metallurgy and we had a module on this. It might not translate into ANSI too well but over here we'd sentence that as 'proper fucked'.
There's also a " nutz deep 2" in that same town. I hear they have an excellent fish fry.

Somebody called this a crack in order to cover up the fact that they’ve not been doing their regular inspections. That piece cracked a long time ago. It is now a break or fracture due to negligence.

Duct tape and some J-B weld should do it.
