I had something like this happen. Years ago my phone rang at two in the morning. My father was very sick in the hospital. I answered thinking that it was the phone call to say that he had died. Well some lady says "who's this?" After I said, hello. I didn't recognize the voice so I said.. who the hell is this? She says that she found my number in her husband's phone and that he was cheating on her. I again asked.. what's your name? I can assure you that I am not fucking your husband!! She told me her name and I recognized who she was. I told her that her husband had called me the day before to have their A/C repaired. I bet he figured out that it wasn't working when his girlfriend got all sweaty.
