Are you saying that you are of the opinion that Biden is actually running things? I would very much doubt it. As far as I am concerned Biden is a morally bankrupt dementia patient.
Also, if Biden isn't running things and you don't think that it's the VP, who is? It wouldn't surprise me if Biden is signing whatever they put in front of him, he probably has no idea what he has signed, he is barely coherent (and in my opinion has significant mental/health issues [i.e. dementia]). Why is Biden being kept away from the TV and reporters (unless they support the Democrats) unless absolutely necessary? Because those behind the scenes know full well his health and cognitive issues.
Won't be too long before either if: 1) Biden steps down for health reasons or 2) he is declared unfit by is own party and they want the VP to step in - now that's a very worrying thought (and that's from someone in the UK).

I accept that you didn't say that Biden is letting the VP runs things, nor did I infer it. My point was, I don't think that Biden is running anything and you don't think it's the VP, then who is it?
Also, whilst I may be stating what has been said since November, that's because it's true (as many do agree including a number of media outlets). Do you believe that Biden is a fit President and is fully cognitive?
