A little JB Weld and it'll be good as new.
I know a lot about a little bit of shit, some about some shit and almost nothing about a lot of shit. I’m guessing by the JB Weld comment there is something broken in the picture above but I couldn’t even guess what or where (or even exactly what I’m looking at for that matter, an engine yes, but for what?). To me it would be the same as looking at the picture below and saying “Ah, there’s the problem

For the comparison to the busted engine you mentioned, snap your printed circuit board in half, throw most of one half away but leave half of its components hanging from the half you still have.
(FYI. you shouldn't be seeing the inside of an engine from the outside)

And there is a couple of bits on that circuit board upside down from other parts the same either by design or the problem.
