Safe rule of thumb is to use "for fucks' sake" by default, as that is a catch all. Unless you are trying to emphasize one instance in particular; then it would be best to use "for fuck's sake." All caps would further stress the importance of drawing attention, but it looks a little unprofessional.

Since it is for the sake of fuck, it is possessive, and hence the ('s).
