I've watched enough anime to know where this is going...
I hate to say it, but I don't trust any charity. I think 99 percent skim a large amount of donations to enrich a handful of greedy bastards that claim to be helping a needy or noble cause. I much prefer to just do random nice things for people, especially older people, or veterans. (Such as pick up a lunch tab, pay for their haircut, ect.) I always do it without them knowing, when I pay for mine on my way out the door.
When you’re only window shopping, you can afford to be very picky.
