TV Tommy I thought his Showboat was the coolest thing as a kid.
The Superhand? Lol
So I take it you're not into land speed racing?Hey! You're turning multiple directions at high speed! Guess what?!! You can actually drive! Congrats! It's a good series. Rally is my personal favorite is all I really meant. Hot hatches on loose surfaces with dipshits standing in the middle of the road? Sign me up! Takes far more skill than most of what passes as "Racing" to the general American public. We have some good races over here put they aren't the big money makers, they don't draw the big crowds. The televised big dollar " Racing" is driving in a straight line or being highly governed for speed, in the same fucking car as everyone else, in an elongated circle.
I can appreciate pushing limits. RACING implies driving skill and besting your competition. Chasing records is about building the machine. I enjoy that too but don't count it as racing. Be honest, you aren't driving that car very much. You're along for the ride. It's more about the build than the drivers skill. So I take it you're not into land speed racing?
I spent 90 days at the base of that mountain when I was in the Marines.
Here ya go.TV Tommy I thought his Showboat was the coolest thing as a kid.
It's not racing if there is only one car on the track and all they are doing is racing against the clock. Having a bunch of retards standing on the sides of the course doesn't add anything to the race either. As far as high dollar televised racing, Group A cars cost at least $1M to build and run, a Top Fuel Funny Car is half that, and a World of Outlaw sprint car is half of that.Hey!
