Will it go 500 miles on one tank of "charge"? My 11 gallon fuel tank will take my VW Jetta TDI 500 miles and I can refuel it in under 5 minutes. If it doesn't offer anything better than what I already have it's stupid. And my Jetta TDI cost me $9800.00....

back in the day.. when Diesel was 1.80 a gallon..... 20 dollars would take you a long way.......
WAY BACK in the day. when Diesel was .05 cents a gallon (as my dad tells me); you could go a FK'n long ways on 5 bucks.
1965 190D = 30 MPG

2005 Jetta TDI = 50MPG on interstate, 5 speed manual, 2400 RPMs, around 70=75 mph.

Audi Q8 Hybrid Diesel = 97 MPG
