Maggie’s Motivational Pic Thread v2.0 - - New Rules - See Post #1

You keep saying ‘no interchangeable barrel’ and yet you can buy it with both a smooth bore and a rifled barrel as a kit. Call me confused, unless it’s you that are confused.

When I compared that new tilt barrel .380 to the original Beretta 39, you told me that nobody can afford the original and they’re not available, thus making the new one a viable option. I agreed.

How is this any different?
I just have a special spot in my heart for the original slam fire Deer Slayers what can I say?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that on the newer models the barrel is sweged into the receiver. If you can show me different then I will admit that I was incorrect.
My ego is not so big that I can't admit that I was incorrect.
I cannot prove it to you since I do not own one, but this article from Shooting Times written in 2016 indicates that the barrel interchangeability is the same as always. Plus, the fact that the kits come with two barrels and they offer others makes it hard for me to believe that they are swaged on.

I guess I’ll ask you to show me where you heard that they were not interchangeable, since the only things I can find indicate otherwise. I’m truly interested and sort of want one now.

Sure the slam fire option is cool and all, but today’s litigious environment makes that a non-starter from the get go. Plus, having a particular fondness for smooth pumps, I’ve never found that having to pull the trigger each time during multiple shots slows me down.

Now, is it completely blatantly apparent to you how you cannot remove the barrel from the receiver on the newer model or do you require more information?

100% of Korean store owners approve of slam fire operation.

🤣🤣🤣

You’re not even talking about the original shotgun posted by Steve, which was and is a model 37 Featherlite, complete with wood stock and interchangeable barrel. Perhaps you should actually have looked at that post and the link before getting all huffed up.

Take a close look at the shotgun in question.

Both technically a hemi just different.

What can I say other than that in my humble opinion it's a shitty copy of the original.
No interchangeable barrel
No slam fire
Plastic and Pot Metal
It literally comes with an interchangeable barrel.
I have a police 37 that will slam fire, but I have heard they now have a disconnector.
So....I hear you are pretty good with a slam fire shotgun, huh? Do that a lot do ya?
How does your new Ithaca compare with your old model?
Oh....and the new ones come with an interchangeable barrel.

Cross ram are very cool. I watched an episode of Engine Masters where they compared it to a tunnel ram on the same engine on a dyno. The tunnel ram edges it out but only after 5 grand and not by much. Not enough to cut a hole in the hood.
Not to discredit a television show but most if not all of this research in regards to the internal combustion engine was done back in the 40s and 50s and most of it in the 30s

This reminds me of the Eurotrash rugby hooligans fighting. The fire fighters kicked some ass.

LOL cops couldn't even understand basic Roman tactics.

You don't charge an enemy that is superior in size while at the same time allowing for (the lack of) terrain that prevents you from being encircled. As long as their charge doesn't break your line, the charging element, unless reinforced, is basically running towards their own doom.
