Nope. It's my judgement and mine alone. And, once again, I say, you are welcomed to form your own award if you don't like how I judge mine.
I make my award selections based on the very pic itself, not the person in them. If the same person has a bad pic pose, I would not hold it against them... I just wouldn't select that bad pic. And I don't discriminate in re: Photoshopping. As long as the pic looks good, it is eligible.
