I am late but if it's anything I have learned in 25 years of medical administration is stay as far away from hospitals as humanly possible. Emergency surgery only for my family. All joking aside I never understand the midwife at home idea
It’s not 1880 anymore
There are hospitals with technology and staff that can do amazing things with a problematic birth or unhealthy baby.
Yet people chose to not use what’s available.
I actually think it’s negligence on part of the parents.
You’re gonna need another safe…,,

The government and collusion with insurance companies have removed any aspect of doing what's best for the patient it's all about the $$$ these days. Sorry if that hurts your feelings.I’ll let you in on a little secret. It’s because everyone in patient care sector HATES Administration.
I see it frequently. If fraud could be eliminated, Americans could have excellent medical care. Just one example. I am on a BPAP machine. Periodically the manufacturer recommends "replacement parts". This last go round the manufacturer billed medicare $500 for parts that are worth at maximum $75. I can go to Walmart Ebay and get most of those parts for less than what my deductible will be. And, even at that Walmart is making a profit. The government and collusion with insurance companies have removed any aspect of doing what's best for the patient it's all about the $$$ these days. I've heard that's a very short trip. That is a really cool decor style, but it would drive me nuts![]()
Managed a sleep clinic for years and the answer to every study was another study ( they can do both in one night) and a machine. No one discusses mouth pieces or allergies or weight loss it always the machine. On top of that most people can just buy a auto machine online for less than the copays time and BS.I see it frequently. If fraud could be eliminated, Americans could have excellent medical care. CODE BROWN!!!Are those SS agents looking down and stepping lightly through the door trying to determine if it's a blood trail or a mud trail?
A Hospital lawyer once told me that a hospital is a large poorly run hotel with bad food and poor serviceI am late but if it's anything I have learned in 25 years of medical administration is stay as far away from hospitals as humanly possible. Emergency surgery only for my family.
