In response to the highly effective and extremely deadly sniper attacks that Korean sharpshooters had been waging against the Han Imperial garrisons, the Zhenfan troops were equipped with the latest cutting edge hybrid chainmail and plate armor with visored helmets. The Korean sharpshooters under Jumong's command simply ground down existing hunting broadheads into needle sharp bodkin spearpoints and they proved to be detrimental even against mail and plate at long range. As Jumong's victories against Han patrols and isolated forts continue to rack up and tales of his deeds spread among the local population, gathering even more volunteers and skilled fighters into his army, the powerful vassal princes of the defacto Gojoseon state ruling under the administration of the Han Dynasty began to question their allegiances to their Chinese overlords and whether it was worth continuing to serve the Chinese state and risk losing their seats of power altogether when the entire local populations decide to overthrow them as traitors...

In many parts of the world right now, a couple of pallets like these showing up would be the ultimate lifesaver for entire towns complete with regaining of control of essential food supplies, fresh water, and medicines which are under bandit and warlord control...

I am late but if it's anything I have learned in 25 years of medical administration is stay as far away from hospitals as humanly possible. Emergency surgery only for my family.

The government and collusion with insurance companies have removed any aspect of doing what's best for the patient it's all about the $$$ these days. Sorry if that hurts your feelings.
I see it frequently. If fraud could be eliminated, Americans could have excellent medical care. Just one example. I am on a BPAP machine. Periodically the manufacturer recommends "replacement parts". This last go round the manufacturer billed medicare $500 for parts that are worth at maximum $75. I can go to Walmart Ebay and get most of those parts for less than what my deductible will be. And, even at that Walmart is making a profit.

Managed a sleep clinic for years and the answer to every study was another study ( they can do both in one night) and a machine. No one discusses mouth pieces or allergies or weight loss it always the machine. On top of that most people can just buy a auto machine online for less than the copays time and BS.
