No photoshop there. To get that lean and have that defined of abs, those girls lift heavy weights (as in deadlift and squat heavy). Most people don't realize that most of the models work with heavy weights to build the muscle, and diet like hell to show the definition; a shitty way of life, but it is what it is (I have two cousins that were models).

I stand corrected. Plus, I went and looked for the original picture and it seems like that was the original picture. So yeah, man hands it is.

I am going to second that. I have not known any models. But a couple of very fit ladies and 3rd who got into weight lifting. All 3 had either "man hands" or "old lady hands". When one was in her late 30's I swear her hands could pass for that of a 70 year old.

I bet those fit man hands could give a heck of a back rub. Ya know, before she kills you in other ways........ Im more into one that looks like a woman, toned and fit is good. The super cut thing just doesn't work for me.
And if you have never been around a woman who is so obsessed with what she eats to keep that physique, its will drive ya nuts. Make an amazing meal that has some fat and they will just pick at it, though they will eat egg whites over a quince and kale salad all day. Messed up

It's really horses for courses, some prefer defined and toned, other's prefer a more curvey form. Shrug..what ever makes them (and ultimately me, if it's the wife) happy. Super cut is definitely a diet thing; as they say, visible abs are made at the kitchen table, not necessarily the weight room (though obviously, more pronounced abs require bigger abs). The give away is the larger top ab muscles, which get worked in a deadlift more than the middle, usually due to a lifting belt. Holding the spine in flexion while under heavy weight, requires some really strong abs (i.e. "core") and negates the need for any of those bullshit crunches and sit-ups...at least IME.

back in the 1990s, some coworkers wondered out loud if the boob surgeon doctor left the nipples off...

they were not not aware of photoshop.

So today rode across the Yorkshire Dales and the Pennines. The greatest motorcycling roads I have seen in years. Picture a sidewalk with a 60 MPH speed limit. Cars coming at you. Cliffs on both sides. And sheep on the roads. (I know, that gets some of you all horney-like...). Riding across gorgeous country. With no traffic whatsoever this time of year.

Naturally, I ended up at an artillery range. But that's all good, too.

Amazing country! Cold and desolate, but at the same time, green and amazing. I love it here! The further North I get, the more gorgeous it is!

So the bean pot joined the trip in London. We went to a pub there and got really shitty service. So my buddies and I liberated this bean pot from the decor.... and felt that it needed a vacation. So I have been taking pictures of it all over England. And am going to return Bean Pot to the pub in a couple of weeks with a photo album of its travels. So far, it has been to two secret installations, numerous great pubs, some war memorials and across almost all of England. By the time it gets home to the USA (Via Canada), it will be a very well-rested and relaxed bean pot and may be able to explain to the staff at the London Pub why you don't treat people like shiite!
