The tank couldn't carry enough ammo to fight off a swarm of drones by itself. GPS jamming and radio frequency jamming won't work on autonomous AI driven drones. It would have to be something like a directed EMP, but that will take out all of the other electronic assets in the effected area as well. You are right, some of the Uke drone videos are scary. It's amazing what they are doing with them on both sides. The Chinese and Iranian drones supplied to the Russians lack some of the capability but it won't take them long to catch up.

This right here... A single tank, even a futuristic super-tank's abilities and capacity is limited. Multiple fronts of active defense would be an option to be explored. A swarm of charged and ready anti-drone hunter drones that can be launched from a vehicle would provide an active first line defense. These drones will prowl the airspace, homing in on unauthorized UAVs and airbursting right next to them to knock them out, like an Iron Dome setup. Friendly drones can continue to operate by having an EM transponder that causes the hunter units to recognize them as friendlies and pass them by. Having a partial AI system that latches on to hostile drones by the Iron Dome principle of knowing precisely where a target is because it knows where it is not is superior to any man operated aiming and location system. The CRAM turrets would be the secondary line, for anything, including infantry, that bypasses the "umbrella". Having been on the receiving end of a mock suicide drone attack in airsoft, multiple times, and not being able to do anything about it, is enough to unnerve the bejeesus out of anyone LOL... Some folks on ARF continue sticking to shotguns, but believe me, THAT has been tried on the milsim range. Many of our team members brought in insane high cap PCP and CO2 operated strafers that blast out hundreds of BBs per second with effective range of up to 100 yards just for anti drone use, and it is A LOT harder than it looks like on paper. Almost all of them still got through and dropped TAG-19Ys on our heads or glitter airbursted next to us.
