When I lived in Atlanta, there was an ice storm.
That day 30 people who had no idea how to walk on ice, came to the emergency room with fractured wrists. :(
Did they come in pairs? I swear everytime I see somebody slip on the ice. Somebody else goes running over there and slips too. There like dang I guess it was slick.

You mean “boils”? 🤣🤣

Well, he (Rushing) is from the Vicinity of Wool Market, Miss. So, perhaps, "bowls" and not "boils."

PS. On a personal note, I was in NOLA only once in my lifetime, so far. March of 2005 (pre-Katrina). Microsoft had Tech-Ed there. I used to love a Cajun restaurant there called "Mulates." near the Riverwalk. The 2nd time I went there, I got to take out a huge styro-container of steamed crawfish. Loved it.

I loved all the food. Went to Brennan's, K-Pauls and a few others. The only trouble I had was my first afternoon there when I saw the "slushie" station on the Riverwalk. I should have known.... I was hot and going to enjoy the nice "ice tea" slushie.

"Long Island Ice Tea" to be precise. Yes, it was the "Frozen Daiquiri" bar. I was lucky enough to make it back to my hotel room before passing out. I don't think I finished it, though. Close, but not finish it. Two hours later, I woke up in time for dinner.

Never did that again!
