The Remington New Model Army revolver (often erroneously called the '1858' due to the actual production starting in 1863) was the first handgun that had a cylinder assembly that could be changed like the magazine on a semi-automatic pistol, enabling it's users to carry an unprecedented amount of firepower on them. It is also Remington Arms Co.'s second and final percussion revolver design, being in continuous production until 1875.

Before there was Dirty Harry......

Designed with the power to drop a cavalryman's horse at 100 yards. Until the introduction of the .357 Magnum in 1935, no other handgun matched this one. Army officers, trappers and loggers operating in bear country found it especially useful:

About two weeks ago I was shopping with my youngest daughter and we entered and left the mall through Dick's because it was the fastest way. On the way out my daughter wanted to go look at some Under Armour stuff. I told her absolutely not we, we don't shop at this store we just use them as door mat to get in and out of the mall.

Mossberg Terminates Relationship with Dick’s Sporting Goods

NORTH HAVEN, CT – O.F. Mossberg & Sons, Inc., a leading American firearms manufacturer, announced today its decision to discontinue selling products to Dick’s Sporting Goods, and its subsidiary, Field & Stream stores, in response to their hiring of gun control lobbyists in April 2018.

Effective immediately, O.F. Mossberg & Sons will not accept any future orders from Dick’s Sporting Goods or Field & Stream, and is in the process of evaluating current contractual agreements.

“It has come to our attention that Dick’s Sporting Goods recently hired lobbyists on Capitol Hill to promote additional gun control.” said Iver Mossberg, Chief Executive Officer of O.F. Mossberg & Sons. “Make no mistake, Mossberg is a staunch supporter of the U.S. Constitution and our Second Amendment rights, and we fully disagree with Dick’s Sporting Goods’ recent anti-Second Amendment actions.”

Consumers are urged to visit one of the thousands of pro-Second Amendment firearm retailers to make their purchases of Mossberg and Maverick® firearms. Firearm retailers can be found through the Mossberg Dealer Locator.

Dick's can go choke on a bag of dicks. If they feel so "guilty", they should just pull out of business altogether, go buy an island somewhere, sit under the palm trees, and cry and shove coconuts up their asses all day and night.

Started out shopping the other day and my girl friend wanted to stop at Starbucks since she got a gift card from work. Not a fan of that place.

We told her we would go in on one condition and she was happy to do it for us. The little snowflake asked her to repeat the name about 4 or 5 times and then spell it for her. She then ran back to tell the other other girl. It was really funny when the boy (?) kid called out the name, not once but several times since we sat as far away as we could and it was crowded. A couple darted really mean looks back at my son until they saw me and then both immediately diverted their looks directly to the floor.

All in all it was a very pleasurable dining experience:)
